SIMEN LOURDS SAMY is an educator with thirty-six years of experience with the Ministry of Education working as a teacher, a writer, a teacher-trainer, and a school leader. He studied Linguistics and English Literature at the National University of Singapore, graduating with First-Class Honours in English in 1993. He received the National Day Award from the President and Republic of Singapore – Pingat Pentadbiran Awam (Gangsa) and Public Administration Award (Bronze). He also received the SINDA Academic Excellence Award, Shell Bronze Medal for Academic Excellence and Singapore National Employers Federation Medal for Academic Achievement. Simen last year ( 2021 ) publish his book called “The Foolish Hero” a journey to realize success in life. Simen’s mission is to pass on his love for learning and passion for living. He strives to share the belief that life is the greatest gift of all and that the best lies ahead of us; if we are willing to believe in it and seek it – We can create our destiny.
